Does not wanna do his job, he doesn't care about you or your project, sees you as nothing more than a burden and has no clue about the current IT space. For example each time we came to his office it felt like he was kicking us out and almost always forgot our project idea, what we were doing, and kept on postponing reviewing our documents up until right before the presentation, and when he reviewed it he simply said 👍 and did not even look at it. I could write a whole journal on how horrible he was, but I'm gonna stop here
